ClaimGuard Text Messaging is operated by JKISS LLC, which runs ClaimGuard. Messages come from (817) 286-7472. We send replies to messages you send us and updates about your claim or account, such as document requests, status updates, and invoice or payment notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

Texting us. When you text (817) 286-7472, you agree to receive replies in that conversation about your inquiry or claim.
Entering your mobile number on a ClaimGuard form that shows this consent. The phone field is optional; consent is not a condition of using ClaimGuard.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. How many messages you receive depends on your conversation and claim activity.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@jkissllc.com or (817) 286-7472.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to send the messages described above. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio. See our Privacy Policy.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.
