ClaimGuard Pro (“ClaimGuard,” “we,” “us”) is operated by JKISS LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information from visitors to claimguardhelp.com and users of our services.

We collect only what is needed to operate the service:

Account & payment information— email address, name, and billing details you provide when purchasing a plan or document. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Intake form data— the dispute details you voluntarily provide so we can build your documents (e.g. claim amounts, dates, counterparty names, evidence descriptions).
Communications— messages you send us via the contact form or email.
Technical data— standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and basic analytics events.

How we use it

To provide, maintain, and improve the service (process intakes, generate and deliver dispute documents, manage your account).
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
To send you transactional emails (receipts, document delivery, account notices).
To send you optional product updates if you opt in (you can opt out at any time).
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, under contractual confidentiality obligations. The categories of service providers we use include:
