Who we are

ClaimGuard Pro (“ClaimGuard,” “we,” “us”) is operated by JKISS LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information from visitors to claimguardhelp.com and users of our services.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the service:

  • Account & payment information— email address, name, and billing details you provide when purchasing a plan or document. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Intake form data— the dispute details you voluntarily provide so we can build your documents (e.g. claim amounts, dates, counterparty names, evidence descriptions).
  • Communications— messages you send us via the contact form or email.
  • Technical data— standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and basic analytics events.

How we use it

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the service (process intakes, generate and deliver dispute documents, manage your account).
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send you transactional emails (receipts, document delivery, account notices).
  • To send you optional product updates if you opt in (you can opt out at any time).
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, under contractual confidentiality obligations. The categories of service providers we use include:

  • Payment processor — to charge, refund, and verify subscription status.
  • Hosting and infrastructure provider — to operate the website and serve content.
  • Database and authentication provider — to store account records and manage sign-in.
  • Transactional email provider — to send receipts, document delivery notices, and account notifications.
  • Analytics provider — to understand aggregate usage of the service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClaimGuard, our users, or others.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We retain intake and dispute records for a reasonable period after delivery to support follow-up disputes and arbitration, and as required by law (typically up to seven years for financial records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other state privacy laws. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain uses. Email info@jkissllc.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies and basic analytics events to understand how the service is used and to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

The service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
