Refund Policy

Because ClaimGuard Pro delivers digital documents, templates, and a done-for-you dispute service that involves real preparation work, our refund policy distinguishes between products that have been delivered or worked on and those that have not.
Single-document and template purchases
Single documents and templates are delivered to your account immediately or shortly after purchase. Because access cannot be “returned” once delivered, single-document and template purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you believe there has been a technical issue (e.g. a charge with no delivered document, a duplicate charge, or a document that fails to download), contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate and, if the issue is on our side, refund the affected purchase.
Done-for-you dispute service
The done-for-you dispute service involves real preparation work on your specific situation. Once work has begun, the purchase is generally non-refundable. If you change your mind before we start work on your packet, contact us promptly at info@jkissllc.com and we will refund in full.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans (such as the Dispute System) are billed in advance for each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Partial-month refunds are not issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example, you cancelled but the cancellation did not take effect — contact us within 14 days and we will work with you in good faith.
No guarantee of outcome
ClaimGuard provides documents, tools, and self-help guidance — not a guaranteed outcome. We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of a dispute, arbitration, BBB complaint, or any other proceeding. Whether a dispute succeeds depends on facts, evidence, applicable law, and the actions of third parties.
How to request a refund
Email info@jkissllc.com with your order number, the email used to purchase, and a brief description of the reason. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account.
