Built by people who've fought these disputes themselves
ClaimGuard Pro isn't a law firm and it isn't a software company that wandered into this space. It was built by the operators of JKISS LLC — a licensed freight and last-mile delivery carrier in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, in business since 2020.
JKISS LLC runs full-truckload, LTL, and white-glove last-mile delivery — the kind of work where a single scratched item, a disputed delivery window, or a retroactive chargeback can quietly erase the margin on a whole route. Damage claims, chargebacks, and wrongful pay deductions aren't rare events in that world. They're a constant, and most of them are winnable — if you know how to respond.
We learned that the hard way: which evidence actually moves a claim, what a demand letter has to say to be taken seriously, how to escalate when a company stalls, and what the formal dispute and arbitration paths really look like from the inside. The first few we handled clumsily. The ones after that, we won.
ClaimGuard Pro is that hard-won playbook, packaged. The same documents, evidence strategies, and escalation steps we built for our own operation — now available to any independent contractor or carrier facing the same fights, without needing a lawyer on retainer to get started.
Most contractors don't lose disputes because their case is weak. They lose because they respond too casually, too slowly, or too vaguely — and by the time they realize it, the dispute window has closed. Our entire reason for existing is to close that gap.
